On the way back from the observation excursion, we stopped by Mizorogaike Pond. There were no dragonflies in sight, but the yellow flowers of the Tanukimo, bladderworts of Utricularia family, spreading all over the lake were spectacular. This is well known as an insectivorous plant on the Red List, but the way it spread all over the lake did not give us an impression of an endangered species.
