エナガとビワコカタカイガラモドキ：Enaga, Long-tailed tit (Aegithalos caudatus) feeding at riverbank

エナガの一群がヨシ原で餌探しです。この一群にメジロが混じっていました。エナガは日本で一番嘴の短い鳥です。鞘をこじ開けるのはなかなか大変そうです。

A flock of enagas, long-tailed tit was looking for food in the reed field. A white-throated bunting on which I posted several days ago was also in the group. An enaga is the shortest-billed bird in Japan. They earnestly try to pry open the sheath.
