クロアゲハ（再々訪）

クロアゲハの幼虫の様子を観察してきました。まだ蛹化していません。林縁のフユザンショウに止まったまま、じっと寒さに耐えるようにして、微動だにしません。山から下りてくる風は冷たく、市内でも明け方の気温は10度を下回ります。室内に取り入れればすぐにでも蛹化すると思いますが、果たしてどうしましょうか。思案中です。

Today I re-visited the larvae of the black swallowtail butterfly. They have not yet pupated. The larvae were still perched on the fuyuzanshou at the edge of the forest, trying to withstand the cold. The wind coming down from the hill is cold, and even in the city, the temperature drops below 10 degrees Celsius at dawn. I'm sure it will pupate soon if I bring them indoors, but what should I do? I am still pondering.
