ムクノキの葉痕と冬芽：Mukunoki (Muku tree (Aphananthe aspera))

ムクノキの葉痕と冬芽です。葉痕は黒地に維管束の痕が白く出るのが特徴的。冬芽は他の樹木に比べて先の尖った卵形です。花が目立たないので見逃しがちですが、今年の春はしっかり観察することができました。このリンクから花を見ることができます。

The winter buds are egg-shaped but more pointed than those of other trees. The flowers bloom in spring, but they are inconspicuous, so it is easy to miss them.
